The St Andrews Day Championships
offers a unique opportunity to to enjoy a fun foursomes competition in St
Andrews - The Home of Golf and is a celebration of St Andrew the patron
saint of Scotland and of Golfers.
An autumn or winter foursomes competition played
at participating clubs on or around St Andrew's day, November 30th who then
send their Winners to St Andrews in April for the Championships. There is
also an opportunity for a limited number of pairs to enter the Championships
in St Andrews directly.
Open to men's, ladies or mixed pairs.
The
Championships are run in conjunction with The Sportsman's Charity and in
2008/09 our 9th year, we will be seeking to raise funds for Help for
HeroesSupport For Our Wounded.
