St Andrew's Day
2026: Notice

The Big Hoolie is organised by BID St Andrews, the town's Business Improvement District, and is made possible through investment from local businesses via the BID levy.

​

This summer, eligible businesses are voting on whether BID St Andrews should continue for a third five-year term, allowing us to keep delivering projects, events and services that benefit the town centre, including The Big Hoolie.

​

Until the ballot result is announced on 1 August 2026, we are unable to confirm whether The Big Hoolie will take place this year. Please check back in August for the latest updates.

While we await the BID ballot result, we are welcoming expressions of interest from anyone who would like to have a stall or perform on stage at The Big Hoolie.
